So if you live at Sinclair Drive, Basingstoke, and you are not happy with the fact the double yellow lines are now being enforced, please sign this petition. From April the laws are changing so that residents have a say to double yellows and where they live; if there is a high percentage of residents objecting to the enforcement the council have to do something about it. So please sign and get your neighbours to sign so we can park without being worried of being fined and so our friends and families can visit without the worry of a ticket!
