Dear Smoke Rise Neighbors—

Please join us in resisting the permit for special land use of 2360 Oxbow Circle to establish a Child Day Care Center in their residence.

Objections include:

• Increased traffic flow; parking interference

• Increased noise & nuisance (6am-6pm)

• Opens the potential for other “in house businesses”

• Loss of privacy and home values

For over 50 years, Smoke Rise has maintained its character and status as a premier neighborhood community. It’s been a very positive factor in DeKalb County—please don’t allow this special land use permit to start a decline in our neighborhood.
