It's really pretty amazing that this program is"free", especially considering residents are currently paying some pretty substantial dues and most aren't able to utilize the golf course (other than the token 10 rounds a year), unless they have a golf club membership.
I recall that before my husband and I decided to purchase in Oldfield, we stayed (two separate times) at both the river and golf cottages at a cost of $299 a night, which included access to all that oldfield has to offer..... "for the day". Don't ask me how, but somehow, we were able to determine just how great Oldfield was without getting freebies for 3-months straight.
Does anybody know if Bernie Sanders came up with this bright idea???

We pay a premium to live in an exclusive environment so this is unacceptable. I also have serious concerns about the security of my family if new policies are going to be enacted that allow people into our neighborhood who haven't been properly vetted.

I pay $7000 a year to enjoy these amenities. If you were going to allow others to have it for free then reduce my Fees three months.
