The City of Burlington would like to add a 3% franchise fee to your Alliant bill which of course we would pay. This is about 3-6 dollars a month. We cannot afford more taxes, they all add up! We need 300 signatures to take this to a PUBLIC vote. Please sign this and let them know we arent willing to pay more taxes to live here!
