I am a long time local Realtor who agrees that no new major development be approved before all access infrastructure is enhanced to accommodate the influx of traffic. Growth is great and necessary but infrastructure must be the top priority

The traffic is already atrocious. We need upgraded infrastructure before we build more homes!

NO MORE !!!! The roads can barely handle the traffic that is here now. We are having to build more schools because the current schools way to over crowded !!! Stop adding to AP and start fixing what needs to be fixed in the parish !!

This used to be the country now it takes 40 minutes to get from Prairieville to St Amant there is no country left and the drainage and road issues make this a no brainer! Leave our parish country land the way we grew up stop breaking your own laws for personal financial gain at the expense of your neighbors!

I agree, Ascension Parish does not need another subdivision on Hwy 73/White rd.
