This proposed subdivision will cause more traffic problems than we already have and the situation is already untenable! We should not have to sit in traffic for 35 minutes to travel 1 mile from my subdivision to get to I-10, but that’s how long it takes! Drainage will be an issue as well, with the new subdivision draining into one of our subdivisions ponds! You do that and then it will cause our subdivision to flood! Somebody please use your heads!!!

My house backs up to the property where the subdivision will be built. Since the land owners are not taking care of the property now, my yard is flooding due to the water from the proposed property. Nothing good will come of approving this subdivision except certain people's wallets getting fatter!

The city needs to tackle our lacking drainage before displacing MORE land to flood surrounding areas.

Traffic is already horrible, and the new school and hospital haven’t even opened yet. I live in a new subdivision, and the streets flood, plus it’s next to impossible to leave our neighborhood and get onto 73 when we have our pre-Covid work and school traffic.

Stop building up huge subdivisions that flood at long time residents!! Work on our failing infrastructure instead!

Too much traffic! Looks like south Baton Rouge. More of an inconvenience than helping people have a good quality of life. Place bike lanes on the roads, have parks, hiking trails. Stop cutting all the trees down to make money.

We need to focus on developing infrastructure and not more subdivisions in Ascension parish.

Our drainage can't handle all of the subdivisions we already have.

1. Fix roads and traffic problems. 2. Parish wide sanitary sewer system. 3. No subdivisions until 1&2 complete. Wake-up Ascension
