It is unheard of in other parts of the world, why should Nigeria be different? We say we want to push the health sector forward yet we end up dragging it back to prehistoric times.

Enough of this obnoxious bill against healthcare professionals just to bring chaos, total clamp down and duplication of duties/functions.

Doctor Pat Asadu abandoned his practice to join politics supposedly to protect the interest of his constituents at the national assembly and ensure that they are by no means short changed in the scheme of things in the country. For the length of time that Asadu has been at national assembly, there is no Federal project or constituency project to his credit at Nsukka and Igbo-eze north constituency that he represents. I stand to be corrected if any and the sum allocated for such. The best idea he can originate is being a stooge used by radiologists to perpetrate this senseless bill. He claims is in the interest of the public but he and his colleagues go to traditional birth attendants and maternities to promote quackery by carrying out cs with rechargeable lanterns in the most despicable location. Under the control and management of his doctor colleagues everyone can see the sorry state of the medical system yet a puppet like Asadu is in a mission to cause more chaos in the system by looking for more professional bodies they can lord it over. This bill lacks any locus standing, is counter productive, duplicative, wasteful, self seeking, anti people and ill conceived. Therefore, this bill must not see the light of the day.

Iam not in support of the propose council by the Radiologist. It is greed, selfish interest and self centred that push them to introduced this as a means to victimise the para medical like Radiography, not considering the future, what will be the outcome. Thanks.
