7-eleven plans on opening in the center where 2 of our schools are at. Our students are ages 4+ and up. Recently we saw a public notice about 7-eleven applying for liquor license, and we have a picture of what the notice looks like. Not only does the date on the bottom left look like it was pasted on the original form, the unit is incorrect as well. We are collecting signatures to protest against 7-eleven selling liquor near our schools. The City of Santa Clarita, Department of Alcoholic Beverages, and anyone who has the authority to shut this store down will be notified of shady operation. We have 30 days to protest, plus as tenants in the center, we didn't receive a letter of notification about 7-eleven starting a business near us.
