Stop the slave dialogue. We aren't your children. Who are you telling to behave?

I love this festival and look forward to it every year! The way it is being targeted is racist, and shows selective intolerance. This important cultural event needs to be protected. I support Afrofest!

Interesting that Afrofest is suddenly "too loud" when other festivals, like JazzFest run for a week.

I have been attending Afrofest for the past 5 years and absolutely love this festival. I love the African music, African artists direct from Africa, the food, vendors, and the ability to converse with Africans and learn their culture, especially dance.
Afrofest can not operate during one day only! Impossible! There are too many attendees. It can't be successful with only one day of festivities.
Please allow Afrofest to continue during the weekend on Saturday and Sunday. It is bad enough the venue was switched from Queen's Park to Woodbine Park, but destroy this wonderful festival all together!
Thank you.

Afrofest is once a year, it is a time and a space for thousands of folks from the African Diaspora to come together and celebrate our cultural diversity. Toronto is full of many different festivals every summer, let's not change that because of a few noise complaints.
