I see no reason why a festival that is garnering more success than its allotted time frame allows should be restricted to a shorter time frame instead of extended. The success of the festival can only aid Toronto's tourism

There's no reason to downsize or change it because of noise complaints if the air show, the beaches Jazz festival & pride can all exist in much more residential areas than Woodbine Beach.

Afrofest is a blessing to this city. I really enjoy this two day festival in Toronto. First it'll be cut down to one day then the next step is to cut out Afrofest completely. Shame Shame Shame Toronto.

I just read an excellent article in the Star on this festival. It would be wrong to handicap this festival for minor mistakes when you look at the big picture of the good this festival does!
