Respect the homeowners on Maple St. and preserve the historic Saxtons/Jewel & Blaich building. The DDA needs to utilize the parking behind the PARC for downtown employees and free-up spaces for customers. The DDA needs to listen to city of Plymouth homeowners, who do not want this building torn down.

we really don't want this oin our neighborhood. Would you want this in yours? Please Strike this terrible idea by the DDA down and make them preserve the historic building and restore Maple to pure residential!!!!!!!!!

The DDA and the City of Plymouth need to follow the suggestions of the parking study before they start demolish historic buildings and place parking in a neighborhood.

I am a homeowner in Plymouth and do not want to see the historic district destroyed. We just bought our home in April 2014, and fell in love with the historic district.

I used to live on that street. Putting a parking lot at that corner will destroy the homey feel of that area. There are also many kids around there and new families moving in. We don't need more cars zooming around that corner. There is enough parking there already.

I live on Kellogg st. right behind the Saxtons property and would hate to see an unnecessary parking lot on such a prime piece of property. They need to keep Maple st residential at a minimum. I can walk to DTP so I never need to drive but since this "issue" arose I have been paying close attention to what parking is available and to be honest I just don't see the problem. There might not be spaces right in front of the business/restaurant always available but you can easily park a block or two away no problem! It makes no sense to create a surface lot that will sit empty 90% of the time. We need more restaurants/sports bars if anything to influence young professionals into the area. For example there is nowhere in DTP to shoot pool. The city will be making a big mistake if they put a surface lot on that corner. People don't come to DTP for parking...

This would be a detriment loss to the historic beauty and charm of my City. I live in the Jewell and Blaich Building and along with others losing my home for a unjust and unwanted parking structure.
