According to GlobalZero.org there are more than 15,000 nuclear weapons in the world. A nuclear world war would destroy the planet so some sort of action needs to take place.

My solution is to this problem is to decrease the amount of armed nuclear weapons there are in the world by proposing the idea of, every country gets between one and two nuclear weapons. No government with nuclear power is going to want to give it up.

With this idea, everyone is more equal, and larger countries will not invade smaller countries just because they cannot fight back. To make sure every country follows this, every country will need to register their nuclear weapon(s) and all nuclear research with their government, and another government needs to check behind them to make sure no country is developing unauthorized weapons.
