I think the council should remember that they are there to serve. The best interest of the community should be at the heart of the council's decision.

If the council can't be bothered to maintain their buildings, why should they govern to tenants how they must carry them out! why not worry about the hundreds of buildings all over Sheffield, that are in total disarray and serve no use, instead of pushing a building which is in use into being constrained into a smaller area than the building allows, just to have the unused portion sat empty!
