I am asking for you to sign, share and help me save my grand daughter Joleen. The state of New Jersey and her mother are allowing Hugo Sandoval to be with my grand daughter. Hugo Sandoval has been charged with sexual assault on a 8 year old child, while her 5 year old brother was on the school bus. Google Hugo Sandoval NJ to read the Facts!

My son had custody of Joleen until his sudden death. Since the day after his death I have tried to get custody. The court  first gave custody to her Maternal Grandmother, who is married to Hugo Sandoval, who is Not her biological anything to Joleen Not back to the mother, for reason I will not disclose for the welfare of my grand daughter.

The courts and the mother are allowing Hugo Sandoval the right to be with her now, yet the mother denies my rights giving from the courts for me to have open and liberal visitations in the best interest of the child. This is my grand child. Joleen and I have a very strong bond and I have been involved in her life since Birth.

Hugo Sandoval is out on 150,000 Bail and has been giving visitation rights from the courts and the mother wants him in her life. Yet is now    Denying her to see her family of her father who loves her dearly, she is denying her biological sister from having a relationship now that she has the custody. Joleen is 2 1/2 years old she can not protect herself, she can not speak for herself. We need your help.

I am finally getting a full hearing for custody and need the court to get it! I seek Justice for her protection. My grand daughter is in harms way of mentally ill people. My Son would never allow Hugo Sandoval near his Daughter now that he has been charged with these unthinkable charges, so I am his voice, and you can be too.

Please help me save my grand daughter from this situation and save a child from a accused child molester. I am appealing the courts ruling, knowing they were falsely informed on the relationship of Joleen to Hugo. He should not be allowed to touch or be near any child. If you are a Parent, Grandparent, Aunt, Uncle or just a concerned human of the welfare of a innocent child you will sign  this plea for her safety. I truly feel this is my last chance to bring Joleen to having a good life with loving family that will nurture her needs for a good life.
