This is meant to save a 9 year old girl, stay with her mother. Her father is fighting her mother for custody to keep from paying child support. He is tryig everything from false police reports to manipulation. Hakiyah has been raise by her mother all of her life and just met her father in 2008, when he was releasted from prison. Hakiyah's father offers no help for her and is back in forth in Jail, because Hakiyah is only 9 years old is can not stand in court an let the judge know she doen't want to stay with her father. I am Hakiyah's mother I am fighting in court alone I can not afford an attorney but Hakiyah's father can. I am trying to protect Hakiyah from the outrages things that goes on in her fathers home, like domestic violence and drugs. Hakiyah is use to a life of fun, happiness and freedom. When at her father's home she is forced to stay in a room most of her visit, watches her father fight with his wife, or sent to a relative's home which is infested with mice. Please help me protect my daughter from a life of hell, please help me keep Hakiyah a little girl who is happy and free to be a little girl.
