My daughter loved this class and it would be a shame to not have it anymore.

I had this class when I attended NHHS. My intention was that this would be an easy A- It did not take long for me to discover that this class was much more than that. The child development class almost instantly taught me- or show me a glimpse - of the amount of a responsibility it takes when taking care of a child/children. This class educated me in many ways but the things that stuck with me most was the new found respect and appreciation for my parents and also that as a teenager in high school becoming a mom (teenage mom)was definitely NOT happening until much later in life. There are multiple reasons that this class should stay in the school-mine are just a few

This is just absurd. That's why they have waivers for the childrens parents to sign, stating that NH is not liable for anything and if the parents do not sign stating that they take full liability, then their child/children can't be enrolled into the program. I'm a 92 graduate and I took child development and not only did I love it, but the children did as well.... Please don't dismiss child development, alot of families find it to be a good resource.
