We have raised Ayav since she was six months old. Her mother and father have spent most of the past two years incarcerated.We have a custody order in place that states we have full custody.We have asked both parents to sign away there parental rights but they refused. Neither parent shows much interst in her .The mother saw her last on Christmas for about 20 minutes. She hashad no contact since.we want what is best for Ayva.
