We the undersigned, urge the San Diego Planning Commission to reject the proposed construction of the STEBBINS RESIDENCE (Project # 51076) at 5166 West Point Loma Blvd. Further, we urge the Planning Commission to oppose other proposed construction projects that would set precedence to allow persons, parties or organizations to impact our neighborhoods with developments or construction that destroy our community character and prevent affordable housing in our community.
