Idaho Fish and Game Commission shall cease all secret meetings and or negotiations with individuals and or organizations that have neither a financial stake nor current Idaho residency. Only the citizens of the State of Idaho and the sportsmen and women, have a financial stake in its wildlife resources to which Idaho Fish and Game has a legal obligation to represent. Idaho Fish and Game Commission shall conduct all business with regards to wildlife resources in an open and transparent manner, keeping those with a direct financial stake, the sportsmen and women of the State informed on any and all policy changes and or meetings, including but not limited to matters that effect any and all of Idaho’s wildlife resources. Idaho Fish and Game Commission shall cease any and all attempts to covertly change the Idaho Fish and Games mission statement and will reaffirm said mission statement. This statement was wisely and purposely written to insure a commitment to future management on behalf of the citizens of the State of Idaho.
