This is very disappointing for residents. I am very surprised that there was no level of consultation with customers even to ask which two days it should open. Not quite sure how Lloyds thinks this is going to help it meet it's vision of becoming the best bank for customers? Going from five days to two is a huge difference so I ask that Lloyds reconsiders slashing the opening hours to this extent.

The idea of reducing the hours of this Branch certainly are not consistent with your present TV advertising campaign - what sort of customer service are you offering the great number of people who regularly use this Branch? If you continue with this proposal you will loose a large proportion of your customers and all goodwill.

Lloyds is the last remaining bank in Wendover and its clousure will have a serious effect on both the small business community and residents especially the elderly who may not deive and be fit enough to catch a bus into Aylesbury. Therefore I would ask uou to reconsider this proposal

Lloyds Bank is now the only bank in Wendover. We have lost Barclays and Nat West over the last few years. Many residents and businesses transferred their accounts to Lloyds for convenience and have found a most willing, helpful and friendly service from the staff in the High Street Branch. It is an extremely busy Branch and will not be able to cope with the amount of business it receives if the opening hours are reduced. I would ask you to reciprocate and show loyalty to your customers by keeping the Branch open 5 days a week.

To close or even reduce the hours of the last remaining bank in Wendover would not just badly damage our business community but also seriously cause problems for a large proportion of our residents. Wendover is an increasingly popular area with tourists, has a thriving town centre and is growing in size, surely this is an opportunity for Lloyds to grow its reputation and local client base rather than reduce it?

Wendover residents & businesses need a bank that is open throughout the week. Many elderly rely on this branch being within easy reach. Lloyds bank recently sold off its branches in Princess Risborough, Gt Missenden & Amersham, a number of customers from these towns now use the Wendover branch. Lloyds Bank need to reconsider this decision.

My customers and readers are already suffering long queues in our one remaining bank. Wendover is a thriving business community (see my regular advertisers) which will be badly damaged if it loses its one remaining bank.
