Thunder Road is a legend, I would say their are other roller coaster you could close like the hurler. No one wants to ride the hurler, it's to rough and you feel it days later. Save Thunder Road!!

My father rode this ride as a kid I rode it as a kid and I would like for my son ro ride this ride.

Close the hurler! It is less iconic and beats the crap out of you. Thunder road is a great ride it just doesnt have the same attention as the newer coasters do.

Born in Charlotte, live in clover sc. Been a staple since I was a kid. Get rid of the hurler, or whatever it's called now, if you want to remove a wooden coaster.

This is a classic coaster - the only one I know that covers two states! I've enjoyed many rides on this coaster - going forward and backward - it's a huge part of Carowinds - you took down White Lightnin which was beloved too, please please don't tear down this iconic piece of history!

I will never return to Carowinds, this is my favorite ride. And i have rode Fury and Intimidator and they still dont have the same feel. Carowinds is making the biggest mistake ever. My grandma met the man who designed Carowinds, like the Walt Disney of Carowinds. And she agreed that he would have listened what the people wanted, the true fans of Carowinds like us.

Ive always wanted to ride it but it looks like that dream is gone. Carowinds why are you getting rid of favorites an replacing them with rides that bread down once a week, bad choices.

One of the best rides Paramount would have never let this happen... Paramount should still own carowinds too many things r being taken away by cedar

This was my first coaster and my fave still and I want my kids to feel the experiance of riding this ride I didn't buy season passes for y'all to tear down my fave ride
