Please dont close Thunder Road. This is a major part of my childhood. If you take it away i may have to be put on medication.

I wish Charlotte would stop destroying our important history.

I rode this coaster as a kid in 1996 and I don't want to see this jewel of the south get shut down. Carowinds will never be the same.

Thunder road was one of the best roller coasters that we have ever been on it has gave me a smile since i was in the 7th grade and it was the best part of our lifes and i took my boy friend on it for his first big roller coaster in a while and i was so proud of him that he went on it and loved it yyyyyyy must it die young

It is illogical to remove such a great wooden coaster. The water park can be expanded by using tunnels.Or getting rid of the mini golf and moving some rides.I would like to know who made this decision
