This ride is a classic! There's no reason to get rid of it. This is one of the rides that has made Carowinds what it is today!

I love Thunder Road so much and to get rid of this amazing ICON is to get ride of an important piece of not only Carowinds history but Carolina history.

Please find a way to keep this storied connection to the past for both of the Carolinas! I understand bigger and better, but nothing should trump Thunder Road's spot!

I have ridden this coaster all my life and I'm 42 now. Just last summer my 10 yr old rode it for the first time and loved it. You have taken White Lightning away already and now Thunder Road. I may not be back after this year.
