This is one of the most memorable, nostalgic rides for me at Carowinds. I would be heartbroken to see it go.

I love this ride,has been a big part of our lives for years,expand the park elsewhere without taking this ride down!

This is my favorite part of Carrowinds. My first time there in 2001 from Canada I loved it. Every time I think of Carrowinds I remember this ride the most. Was so glad to see it there still. These wooden rides are better and more reliable and cause more thrill because though strong they sound like they are about to break as they tend to groan. Please don't take that away.

i have gone to carawinds every year since I can remember. I'm 24, Thunder Road is one of the highlights of my yearly trip.

Save this awesome wooden roller coaster. Carowinds keeps getting rid of everything original or classic... they need to keep Thunder Road!

Not Thunder Road. It is THE connection to the past for Carowinds. Plus, some people like wooden coasters. This would put Carowinds at 1. Hurler is not near the ride of Thunder Road. Plus, when you're in the wave pool, it's wonderful to see Thunder Road whizzing past. If you don't make other plans, bad form Carowinds/Cedar Fair.

SAVE THUNDER ROAD!!!!!!! keep this fun rollercoaster it is a classic and a great ride don't get rid if it. I say Keep Thunder Road, it was one of my first Roller Coasters I ever road. And why would you want to destroy a piece of History anyways!!!!!
