Motorola wants to ban the sale of the XBOX 360 in the United States all because they allege that Microsoft infringed on one of their Patents. A judge has recently agreed that Microsoft infringed on four of Motorola Patents. The means that if the commission's agree with the judge, Motorola Mobility will actually have the chance to block imports of Xbox 360 hardware from entering the U.S. ** "Judge Shaw recommended that the commission should prevent sale of the Xbox console with a cease-and-desist order, whlie Microsoft should post a bond equal to 7 percent of the declared value of unsold Xbox inventory already in the U.S" ( Quoted from: Motorola lawsuit judge recommends Xbox 360 S sales ban in U.S. by Mike Rose)** You all know that Gaming in the U.S is a huge industry and If they stop selling the Xbox in the U.S that means "NO MORE DECENT GAMES". We will be left to with only the Wii and the Playstation 3 to satisfy or lust for Video games. Lets not to mention that if our Xbox's break we will be essentially screwed because we will no longer be able to fix it. So Let's Put at stop on Motorola before they even think about taking away the Xbox 360. I suggest that we stop using any Motorla Product's (Unless it interferes your work or school) I want you to please read the full article before signing.
