How do you expect Teachers to do their job effectively without having a TA that is not only clerical but instructional. The children that we call our future will suffer. TAs are important in the classroom. Try coming to our classrooms and step into our world on a daily basis. You will definitely see that it is not same as it was 10 years ago. Please don't allow this law to be passed and support the TAS across the state. It's clear that they don't have our children best interest at heart...keep in mind it's not about us, it about our children's future. Will we sit by and let them fail or join together and support so the TAs will continue to be a positive teacher in the child's life and help them succeed.
