Performing Arts and Visual Arts are needed for creativity. Creative spaces enhances ones innovative vein. Some of the greatest minds in history are students of the arts. Slashing this program slashes the next generation of leaders, life changers and career builders. STEAM is the focus. Not STEM!

She has been a wonderful friend to me while working at Crenshaw High School over 30 years and she was by my side when my mother passed away she will always have my love and support.

Performing arts allows students to be able to find their full potential whether it’s mentally, physically, emotionally or spiritually. Please do not remove VAPA from Crenshaw High School.

The world needs the positive influence that art supplies. We need positive music to continue. Music kept me off the streets when I was a kid and has become a life long passion and profession. Please don’t take it away!!!
