Are you serious!? Captain Joe and the sea star is part of the Oceanside Harbor and the community. My family has owned our gift shop here for about 40 years and captain Joe has been a very close friend. He does so much for the community! And is so kind and friendly. Helgrens sport fishing these days are money hungry jerks bringing nothing but drunk fighting and smoking fisherman to the harbor. I've been raised here and have been a part of the harbor for the 27 years of my life and I'm behind and support captain Joe all the way!!

The true representative to the Oceanside Harbor and the city of Oceanside is Capt. Joe Cacciola. Not only has he provided a service to our community by demonstrating his ability to offer safe, affordable services in regards to the Sea Star ie, fishing trips, maritime educational trips, whale watching, burials at sea, etc.,etc. All his functions are carried out in a highly regarded professional manner. He has trained many young men to become assets to the community and established standards in the particular craft and trade he has established in regards to all facets of providing enjoyment in fishing and marine life responsibilities and education. The Sea Star should be considered a Landmark for the City of Oceanside.

I've been going on this boat for a couple years now & it has given me memories to last for a long time. I'm always looking forward to going and seeing Captain Joe and the crew on the Sea Star and going fishing with my dad. Don't let them shut the Sea Star down!

I support the sea star. I am not sure why a breach of contract suit would be filed in federal court unless there is supplemental jurisdiction.

Please don't shut the Sea Star down. It has been inspirational as well as educational everytime I'm aboard. We have been passengers of the Sea Star for many, many years (before starting my own family). My family of 5, now always gets excited to go see Captain Joe and the Sea Star because they enjoy the time spent and they learn a lot about the ocean and what lives in it. It would be devastating the shut it down. Whomever is trying to shut him down, I encourage them to take an tour and trip out with Captain Joe and the Sea Star and see for themselves how much they will learn and enjoy the experience. Please let them be and keep them afloat!! Thank you kindly.

Captain Joe is the epitome of what an outstanding conservationist and a remarkable role model for young people should be. He has provided the Oceanside community an incredible service throughout the years. To lose this man of integrity and good will in the Oceanside community will be a disgrace.

The Sea Star and its incredible Captain Joe Cacciola are the shining stars of Oceanside Harbor and the Southern California fishing boat world. To have them evicted from their rightful place of doing business would be unconscionable. Joe and his crew, and especially his iconic boat, are the very foundation of the Oceanside Harbor and its community. I stand fully behind Captain Joe and hope that thousands of others will too.

July 2015 was my first experience going fishing with my family on the Sea Star and I loved it. Captain Joe and his crew made us feel welcomed. I learned alot and experienced something so wonderful with my family and everyone there. I would love to do this again with the Sea Star next year and the next just to have the same thrill all over again. Best time ever. Thank you Captain Joe for your hospitality and hope to be able to do the same next year.

Joe is a stand up guy who runs a business that benefits the city of Oceanside and surrounding cities.he is a great role model to many young fishermen who have learned from him and moved on to become captains of there own boats.i have chartered his boat many times over the last thirty years and always enjoyed the experience . It would be a great loss to many if the helge end are successful in there actions .SO SAD
Please let him stay.
