I walk this path all the time and enjoy the closeness of nature. It would be a tragedy to see it “developed”

this is a lovely peaceful trail that i have walked for over 20 years. much of it borders Great Meadows, which is an environmentally sensitive area. one of its greatest charms is the way the path winds in and out of the trees, making it seem part of the landscape, not separate from it. walkers, runners, cyclists, and others use it already--our town has to consider what its goal is in tampering with a trail that already fulfills the proposed purpose and is a vanishing species in this over-paved world of ours...

Please keep the RBT as it is, unpaved, to protect the environment and provide a safe pathway for all the enjoy, including children and walkers as well as cyclists. Clean air, safety and repose far outweigh speed cycling. Thank you.

This natural trail is one of the gems of Concord. It is an amazing place with a wide variety of habitats and wildlife.

This lovely trail is already multi use, enjoyed by pedestrians, joggers, cyclists of all ages and abilities, dog walkers, bird watchers. It is home to endangered species.
