We the undersigned call on the Charlotte Parks and Recreation / The Davidson Land Conservancy & The Catawba Land Conservancy to allow Brackett's Bluff Disc Golf Course in Davidson, North Carolina to remain intact as a whole this day of July 2012, including the holes that are on the property of the Charlotte Parks & Recreation/The Davidson Land Conservancy/ The Catawba Land Conservancy. Also to allow David Brackett to continue to care for the course as he has done so for the past 10 years. In addition to have the course be available to any and all that choose to play Disc Golf there.
