I really cannot stop thinking about the old threads people are digging up and the absolute nostalgia hitting everyone right now. It feels like we are losing a digital attic full of memories so I am just trying to organize all these emails while hoping someone at the main office actually glances at our inbox for once.

I just looked at the screen and realized how far this has moved past what I ever imagined back when I was just staring at a blank page feeling frustrated. It feels like the whole internet is finally remembering those late nights spent typing away in the forums and honestly it makes me want to log back on and stay there forever.

are you kidding me? ive been on those boards since 98. dont do this.
NOT COOL. fix your servers instead of just killing the community.
i check the forums every single morning. where else am i supposed to go? this really hurts.
PLEASE keep them open. i have made so many friends there over the years and i dont wanna lose touch with everyone.
AOL is basically just destroying their own history now. total joke.

so sad to see this happen. those boards were where i spent all my time growing up. end of an era.
