One of the best and challenging courses not just in Kansas but the entire Midwest. Not only that but the course itself serves a large amount of people in the community and at large.

Of all the courses in KC, we always started here on Saturday mornings.

Disc golf

I know one of the original designers of the course. Play and walk the course with my dog as often as possible. It is truly unique and worth saving. Hard to believe the Parks department is not seeing the value of the area. It is kept clean by most any standards, used all the time. Partly cared for and maintained by volunteers - who may live miles away. And one if the few, great inner city courses - anywhere!

Whenever coming to play Kansas City, Swope is on the must play list.

Great, beautiful course, and historic as well.

Make communities stronger through disc golf.

Disc golf brings the type of attention you want in a park of elite size. Please offer the rest of the park to the world class local disc golf course architects. Maybe invite an international competition to bring awareness to yourself. Please make it worth the inevitable relocation.

Been playing the course for 30+ years and hope a way can be found to save it.

My favorite KC course, I hope this doesn’t pass and we lose this wonderful park.

Disc golf is a life time sport, kids and adults into their 70s can play.

This is sad and needs to be stopped. I moved to the Brookside area about ten years ago and this course has been my home. Lots of memories
