I have finalized the formal letter of objection detailing the traffic hazards this project creates for residents. My next step is delivering this document to the Town of Huntington Planning Department for the record. I will provide a summary of their response as soon as I have a clear timeline for the upcoming public hearing.

Old Country is way too busy as it is. Adding more construction trucks and cars is gonna ruin the whole neighborhood feel.
Enough is enough. My family has lived in Sweet Hollow for years and we moved here for the quiet. Why does the town keep approving these monster projects?
Greedy developers trying to ruin our town again. They never care about the people actually living here.
The traffic there is already a nightmare during rush hour. Putting a massive building on that corner is just asking for a bad accident with all the kids walking around.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Who thought putting a 54 car parking lot in a residential area was a good idea??

LIttle by little they are trying to destroy the beauty and tranquility of West Hills. It seems that the town of Huntington is only interested in money, which you would think they have enough with the taxes we pay on our real estate.
