The Cornwall County Council have decided in its wisdom to cut 40% of the Supporting People budget meaning that places that support people with chaotic lifestyles may have to reduce the amount of help they give people and the number of people they can help.

These cuts will increase homelessness which will lead to an increase in crime, alcoholism, and probably the deaths of many people that Supporting People have in the past been able to help.
