Star Trek: The Experience (STTE), located inside the Las Vegas Hilton, has been the Mecca for Star Trek fans from around the world for over 10 years now. Cedar Fair, the current owners, has announced that they will be closing STTE on September 1, 2008 and vacating the Hilton by the end of the year. We need to band together as Star Trek fans from around the world and show our support for keeping STTE open in some fashion. We need to show that we are open to moving it to a less expensive location or scaling back the rides or taking other measures to improve the profitability of STTE.
