In 2006, Heidi Reigel and Richard Lewoc bought the Double A. Marina in Fortescue, New Jersey, renaming it to Sportman's Cove Marina. In the past three years they have transformed the marina into a customer orientated-family run business serving the community. They are a "hold over tenet", and the landlord will not renew their lease for next year (2009). This will cause the family run business to be put out on the street come January 2009. As customers and members of the community we feel that personal agendas, preferences and greed should not be apart of their lease. We the constitutes and undersigned hereby request that the situation please be investigated by your offices.
