We are starting this petition for numerous reasons. We want Katherine Tibbs removed from the recreation board, term limits for board members and we want the people of Six Mile to have a say in who is on the board. We have sat back and watched coaches, players, and volunteers go to other rec departments. The common thread is the conduct of Katherine. She has treated not only parents and coaches poorly but also the former rec director. We parents feel it is time for us a make a stand for our children. If we don't do this for them who will?
