Mr. Dousset is an integral part of the Simon's Rock community. If he were forced to leave it would be an extremely significant and detrimental loss to the community. Life would be very different for everyone not seeing Mr. Dousset in good cheer all over campus, entertaining everyone with his wit and charm. Intellectually, we would be losing a great thinker who espouses unconventional views and states his beliefs no matter what pressure there is to toe the party line.
