Save the Pool!

Dick Wells and the sport of swimming have made such a positive impact on our community.

Please consider keeping the pool open. What a great asset to lose!!

This pool is such a big part of our community and school and has been for a long time.

Florida is SWIMMING! Without the Dick Wells Training Center pool, you diminish Florida and the sport of swimming. Please support the pool and continue the sport and recreation of Swimming in Florida. Thank you.

Keep the pool open please!!

Keep the pool!

Keep the pool open!

The Dick Wells Training Center Pool is extremely important to swim teams. Closing this pool would be a huge disservice to the community. Please keep this pool open!

Keep the pool open!! It give kids a choice..

Taking away an asset like this to many members of the community is not a wise decision. There are so many benefits to all from this form of exercise/competition/learning. For the swim teams affected it removes a key developmental opportunity for them. That is knowing how to cherish winning, losing, and the benefits of counting on others on your team to reach for and attain goals be they individual or group. Todays & future Societies need that type of positive more than ever....

Please do not close the pool all my kids were on swim and dive teams at this pool. Now my God Daughter and Nephew are both on swim teams. This pool has changed many children’s lives. And we need to continue to keep it open

Do not close

My 2 sons swam with the MCHS swim team. Please done close the high school pool. It was wonderful to have the pool available for my students.

I am not on a swim team. I have used the MCHS pool many times over the past 30 years. It is the best pool in town for training. It is always clean and cool. The coaches are extremely helpful. As an amateur athlete I have appreciated the pool. Please keep it open!!!

Please don’t take something good away from our kids!

Please don’t close the pool. Tough to find masters programs and programs for our kids.

Save the pool!

Our community is growing not shrinking it’s not like our children can swim in our natural waters in our backyards due to green muck. Please don’t take away what our community so desperately needs!!!

Please keep the Martin County pool open. Sailfish is too crowded and obesity is on the rise for adults and children alike - we need MORE ways for the community to combat this epidemic, not less. This is worth fighting for.

Closing the only High School pool in the county would be a really bad decision. What are you thinking?
