Keep the pool. Otherwise the parents of all these swimmers will also be massively impacted by crazy practice times and swimmers will be let down by the training they receive.

We should be building more olympic sized pools in Martin County, and allowing free or near free access. Many folks can not learn to swim if they dont have easy access. We have so many creeks, rivers, oceans surrounding us that it is critical to allow more access for folks who use pool for health, and to teach all of our Martin Co. youngsters to swim.

The pool means a lot more than gallons of water. It’s a place that not only I have grown up in but everyone has grown up in. The pool has made strangers form into best friends and then into a family. The pool won’t be the only thing that’s destroyed. Save our pool.

I’ve been at this pool for over 5 years, and its been a great experience. You can’t take that away for the new generation of swimmers.
