The Dick Wells Training Facility is a home. For me! My father is Dick Wells. I was raised in this pool. Literally. I don't have enough space on here to write the true meaning of this facility that has truly shaped so many lives. Please be a voice for this icon of a facility that continues to shape the lives of of so many young and old. Attend the September 18th meeting. !! Please...our kids are counting on you!

Don’t close the pool it’s an intrinsic part of the community. These kids need it as an outlet for fitness confidence and success.

As a benefactor of the pool and having swam with post highschool teams that had to train at other pools... Other pools is a terrible solution and the pool time in any reasonable distance to MCHS doesnt appear to be viable. The board should continue to leave the pool open and invest more to support MCHS athletes as well as the community service it provides. Give student athletes the opportuniy for a sport that will give them more confidence and create future leaders.
