Don't let the University take away the second best place to take a quiet dump on campus.

The best library on campus! Get rid of chem if you have to get rid of one. And this is really saying something because I hate physics.

I used this Library all the time when I was a biology major at UD. Although the Hugh Morris Library is a fantastic resource for students, it is not the best environment to study in. The Sharp Lab Physics Library as well as the study space in Brown Lab were vital in my performance in my Undergraduate science classes.

The Physics library should not be affected by the Chemistry department politics. Any Physics department must have library, or at least a quiet environment for studying, and computer stations.

I study a lot at the physics library. It has convenient location, enough sunlight in the room, comfy chairs and tables, computers, and interesting books.

The physics library is a great place to study and it would be a shame if it went away.

Why does the chemistry library get to stay open but the physics close? Seems like departmental favoritism to me.

One of my best RAs & students at my time at UD not only uses this location as a study spot but also as a work opportunity to help allow him to continue his education at UD. Please don't sacrifice valuable academic and work spaces for those committed to their success at UD and future beyond.

You need to have a full fledged Physics Library in a university like UD. The idea of closing it is simply not in line with the objective of the university and education at large.

Sharp Lab is already outdated compared to every other building on campus. To take library away would be a slap in the face to physics students. I definitely benefited greatly from this library before I graduated.

Libraries are extremely important for learning. Even with online resources, libraries create a space for reflective learning and quiet.
Plus, having a library dedicated to a particular discipline or department shows the support of not only these entities, but the students as well.
