In the midst of one of the nations largest tragedies, I find it necessary to do something about the killing of innocent men women, and children in our instituitons of higher learning! Therefore it is my desire and request that you join me in an effort to thwart the actions of cowardly killers! We shall accomplish this by petitioning our federal government to pass legislation that enable educators at all levels to be educated and trained to carry low caliber 22, 32, and 38 handguns while performing their job duties! The anticipated benefit is twofold! First, with the reality that on each campus there will be 50 to 100 trained staff, most of these killers will cease and desist from trying to disrupt classroom activity! Second, if the person is still insane enough to raid the school the educators and children have a fighting chance to defend themselves until law enforcement arrives or they can neutralize the attacker and save lives. PLEASE HELP ME , THE CHILDREN, AND THE EDUCATORS BY SIGNING THIS PETITON.
