We need to preserve the little green space we have in our neighborhoods.

Charlotte is turning into a Concrete Jungle, how sad!

This property is part of the Dairy Branch creek flood plain. Development there would be subject to flooding in heavy rain storms, which seem to be happening more frequently, and would increase the chance of flooding portions of Sedgefield park and adjacent properties.

As a teacher with CMS I already see over crowding in the schools. The last thing any school needs is another apartment complex to pop up and have even more students districted to attend that school

Too much density in Dilworth area already! There's nowhere to walk!

I oppose the allocation of school lands to real estate development.

Turn the city land into a park, don't ruin a natural area.

Charlotte needs more parks, not less. This is a ridiculous idea. Again our local leadership has no vision nor leadership nor understanding of how to build a community.

This land should remain public space for all citizens to enjoy.

Looking to have the space available to expand charter school attendance at sedgefield middle so our neighborhood schools can see improvement overall.
