Art brings people together in communities. And, it is a draw for others outside the area. Thousands of tourists come to Philadelphia each year and to 9th and Bainbridge to view Autumn, a mural by David Guinn and the Mural Arts Program. The mural brings revenue to the area as well as people stop to eat in our neighborhood. I am adding my name to this petition because I want this beautiful piece of art to stay where it is.
