To: South Carolina Attorney General Henry McMaster The children of South Carolina are at risk. An activist judge in Spartanburg has chosen radical left-wing tactics over the safety of innocent minors. And as a result, dozens of individuals that use the Internet to victimize minors could be released from having to face justice; free to once again prey on the youth of this state. WE CANNOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN. We cannot let Judge Mark Hayes unjustifiably shut down the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force; a successful branch of your office aimed at catching online sexual predators. We cannot give-in to the whims of someone who would rather 85 perverts be released to once again surf the Internet for victims than have them face justice. We encourage you, as the state's top law enforcement official, to use your office to continue fighting online predators and to defy this ruling for the safety of this state's children. We support you in your appeal of this decision and beg you to remain vigilant in prosecuting the people that would commit crimes against children. Our youth depend on your continued diligence in fighting this ruling and fighting would-be predators. We must stop Hayes before another innocent person is hurt. Every time a child is victimized because of this decision, Hayes will be responsible. And if we do nothing to stop him, so too will we.
