The scale of this response confirms that local officials can no longer ignore the funding gap for OPTIONS. I am currently drafting a formal letter to the Governor's Crime Commission to demand an explanation for these budget delays. Expect a follow-up once I confirm the meeting schedule with their representatives.

Absolutely shameful. Do you have any idea how many people are suffering because of this stuff? Fix it.
Just put the money where it needs to go. Its not that hard. Stop making excuses and start helping the victims.
These women need help now not next month. Stop playing games with people's lives and release the money.
This is ridiculous. Leave the politics out of it and fund the services for these victims. My tax dollars should be going here.
OPTIONS saved my life years ago. I dont know what id do without them. Please get them the help they need.
