Moulsecoomb primary school is a fantastic school with the best support staff I have ever come across.I am making this petition because the support staff are at risk of compulsory redundancy and I feel as a parent of a child that goes to the school that this is completely unfair.Without help from the support staff my child would not be where he is now ,they have done so much for him.I know that aswell as speaking on my own behalf other parents share the same views as myself. please sign this petition so we can join together and help the staff try and keep their jobs,as without them the school wouldn't be the same.So please sign this petition whether you have children at the school or not ,please show your support for the amazing staff .Thankyou

Moulsecoomb Primary School staff provide the cogs to what is left of the community in East Brighton. These children need the support staff and mentors whether they personally require them or their classmates do. These cuts will not save in the longterm. Think wisely

I worked for Moulsecoomb for a year and the support staff were an integral part of the wonderful staff. This school needs supportive, caring and resilient people like them and to take them out of the equation would be a travesty.

I feel it would be damaging to the children to lose TA, so many children have issues that mean they can not learn in a classroom setting so having TA's is away to allow them to learn. Moulscoomb is a deprived area so the extra support that is offered by a TA is needed

I find it incomprehensible that a school in moulsecombe whereby the demographic generally consists of low unemployment with families and children that need all the support they can get, they are having to consider removing just that, support for children.

My mum has wielded at that school for over 20 years and this is the second time she has to reapply for her own job in the last few years. This is rediculous. Stop selling the local houses for uni students and let the families back in. And stop the stupid cuts to education

Support staff help to provide a safe and encouraging learning environment for children. It would be madness to get rid of them just when teachers are already under enormous strain due to budget cuts.
