Midland Ave/Hwy 2 is a signature street in the Pinehurst area. People can see the trees and avoid them. If DOT wins here, they will go after Linden Rd. next. It was wrong for DOT to remove the trees in the Hwy 1 median north of Midland and replace them with guardrails.
