The Government access programs are bias and violate our Canadian rights to safe medicine, We need dispensaries, they are saving people lives and our government is still preventing health equality.

You can't just take out the established dispensaries that are actively helping SICK PEOPLE. You can open NSLC pot shops, sure. And you can hire people as well informed about their products as those working at the liquor commission. But the disabled and ill NEED KNOWLEDGEABLE COMPASSIONATE PEOPLE. The nslc will NEVER help in ANY of the ways the existing dispensaries are. Maybe have both. But don't rip up THE COMPASSIONATE CLUBS. Government and compassion are like oil and water.

I believe dispensaries deliver that personal one on one experience you obtain at any loyal mom and pop stores. They only offer the most strict, efficient and most appropriate rules and regulations within their storefronts and offer great knowledge on what the patient needs for said reason. That being so, it would be great even at a recreational level since everyone's endocannibinoid receptors all react different the knowledgeable and trustworthy employees of a mom and pop shop could help guild to the correct strain, thc/cbd, or even the right edible or tincture.

having access to natural medicine is a human right, raiding and harrasing the people that are trying to give people a way to access their medicine is illegal

Much would rather dispensaries over any crown operation. Privately owned and government regulated can be done if the governments resources were put to good use. More jobs will be created that way!

Over controlling distribution will be counterproductive and encourage the old black market/mail order. Allowing experienced workers give advice and experience, and owners to carer to customers as they see best, is the only real way forward.

So many patients have been blessed with the product and service these dispensaries provide. The people working are knowledgable, and use the medication themselves!!! I say leave the small dispensaries businesses alone and work WITH them. there's a course that can be taken on being a budtender, these places already have a huge cliental & patients who trust them and feel comfortable.

Dispensaries are a very important to have for us patients, they answer all kinds of questions on how to treat yourself when the doctors dont have the answers & provide safe & clean Cannabis. Dispensaries are big supporters for their communities as well .

Cannabis is one of the most beneficial substances on earth, be it to the health industry, textile and construction industries, or the many more left undiscovered due to the outlawing and banning of its use. Cannabis has less negative side effects than most substances sold over the counter, in private sector type models. Therefore their is no other logical explanation to push out the private model, and the cannabis pioneers that got us where we are today, out of the market other than greed.
